Upon any file opening, The Belle Law Firm applies a strict verification of existing or potential conflicts of interests, through its File Management Software identifying conflicts and by internal general announcement of all file openings to identify potential sources of conflicts.Confidential information is subject to state-of-the-art protection via firewall, encryption, secured internet access, secured archives and file localization, and restricted internal access to confidential information.
