Asking prices for homes in Palm Beach County rose 14.5 percent during August compared with a year ago â?? the fourth biggest jump in the nation, according to a new report.
Miami-Dade County and the Birmingham, Ala., metro area tied for the largest increase at 15.6 percent, real estate website Trulia.com said.
